Job summary
South West Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Support Nurse to join the Camperdown team, focusing on Leura Aged Care. The CSN will provide clinical leadership, education, mentoring and hands-on support to nurses, students and clinical staff to promote safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
The role emphasises workforce development, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and strengthening aged care services across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to obtain one.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, education, mentoring and hands-on support to nurses, students and other clinical staff.
- Contribute to staff development initiatives and strengthen delivery of aged care services.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote person-centred care.
- Support workforce development and education programs.
