Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Experience in clinical education within aged care or health services.
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024 and Quality Standards.
• Strong governance, quality improvement and adult learning principles.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate competency-based education.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized.
