This role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering data quality improvements, and partnering with Clinical Operations and research teams to drive efficient, compliant data delivery within a Sydney-based clinical trials facility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Clinical Data Management and clinical operations.
• Proven people-management and team leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive data improvements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of GCP, data integrity and compliance.
• Experience with eSource systems is advantageous.
• Phase I/Healthy Volunteer/Oncology trial experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Data Associate team, set goals and accountability.
• Oversee data quality, timeliness and accuracy across multiple studies.
• Drive implementation and optimisation of eSource workflows.
• Define KPIs and report data quality outcomes to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, CTAs and study coordinators to improve processes.
• Lead quality initiatives, root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Support GCP compliance and audit readiness.
