Infinite Aged Care Mt Lofty is seeking a passionate Clinical Care Manager to join our clinical leadership team. You will oversee high-quality resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safe, supportive environment in regional Queensland.

Lead and mentor the clinical team, manage resources, and ensure timely, compassionate, resident-centred care with limited supervision and strong communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 12 months experience as a Clinical Care Manager or similar leadership role.
• Extensive aged care leadership with knowledge of regulatory and Quality Standards.

Responsabilités

• Manage clinical treatments, medications, nutrition, and prevention of pressure injuries.
• Coordinate access to health practitioners and arrange medical appointments.
• Engage allied health services (physiotherapy, podiatry, OT, speech pathology).
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor residents’ health.
