• analyse climate policy proposals, programs and strategies, providing evidence-based advice to support Government decision-making
• work with government agencies, Government Trading Enterprises and subject matter experts to assess climate change initiatives, funding proposals and associated economic impacts
• contribute to DTF advice on emissions reduction, adaptation and renewable energy policies, and support the evaluation of major climate initiatives
• The role provides exposure to whole-of-government policy development, budget decision-making and cross-agency collaboration on significant climate-related priorities
