• 5+ years of solid Project Management experience.
• Genuine client side experience, not just contractor PM roles.
• Track record across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
• Confidently manage consultants, contractors and clients directly.
• Comfortable across design, procurement, tendering, contracts, cost and programme.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from feasibility and planning through design, approvals and handover.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Drive procurement, tendering, contracts and cost control to successful outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for project outcomes and client satisfaction.
