Job summary

Engi Advisory is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Consultant to lead advisory engagements on major civil infrastructure projects across NSW. You will mentor teams, drive performance improvements, and manage procurement, contracts, and project controls for government principals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in civil infrastructure, with client-side or PMC experience.
• Track record delivering complex programs on time and to budget.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi-agency environments.
• Experience in procurement and governance for large infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements on major civil infrastructure projects in NSW.
• Mentor team members and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Oversee client-side procurement, contract delivery, project controls, and stakeholder management.
• Build and leverage relationships to grow the client base and guide firm direction.
