Job summary

Beca in NSW seeks an experienced Senior Associate Civil Structural Engineer to join our NSW team, delivering civil structures across highways, rail and defence. You will lead design delivery and client engagement with support from technical specialists.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage project planning and contribute to business development while upholding high technical standards within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Chartered or near Chartered Structural Engineer with strong delivery track record in civil structures.
• Experience delivering design and construction in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and market is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in structural analysis and design for steel and reinforced/concrete structures.
• Lead and support the NSW civil structural engineering team within the National Civil Infrastructure group.
• Develop client relationships and manage project delivery, planning and budgeting.
