Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure and structural projects across Australia from our Brisbane base. The role emphasizes FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pour) expertise and strong commercial leadership.

The position reports to the General Manager and requires overseeing multiple projects across states with regular interstate travel to site and client meetings. A robust civil engineering background is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Essential FRP experience in civil projects
• Strong understanding of civil infrastructure, structures and construction methodologies
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and contractual obligations

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of civil infrastructure and structural projects nationally
• Oversee project planning, programming, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, consultants and key client relationships across multiple states
• Provide leadership on construction methodology, sequencing, quality and safety
• Collaborate with GM to drive project performance and operational outcomes
• Maintain engagement with site teams with interstate travel as required
