Job summary

In2work Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a major civil earthworks project in the Northern Territory. This FIFO role is open to qualified candidates from any Australian capital city, reporting to the Operations Manager and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client relationships.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risk and procurement from mobilisation to completion while maintaining a relentless focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major civil earthworks, mining infrastructure or remote construction projects.
• Knowledge of bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, pavements and related civil works.
• Demonstrated capability in project controls, contracts, commercial management and client engagement.
• Confident leadership to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of large-scale civil earthworks packages.
• Drive safety leadership, environmental compliance and site culture.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and local communities.
• Identify and control project risks, variations, claims and delivery constraints.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, productivity, cost and milestones.
• Ensure works meet contractual, technical and quality requirements.
