Job summary

In2work is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major civil earthworks project in the Northern Territory, operating on a FIFO basis from any Australian capital city. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive safety, quality and commercial outcomes in a remote environment.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will mobilise project resources, maintain strong client engagement and ensure adherence to program, budget, and risk controls while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major civil earthworks or remote construction projects.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, quality and risk on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of large-scale civil earthworks packages.
• Drive safety, environmental compliance and site culture.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement and commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate site teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and communities.
• Identify and control project risks, variations and delivery constraints.
• Provide clear reporting on progress, productivity and milestones.
• Ensure works meet contractual, technical and quality requirements.
