Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our civil infrastructure team in Minto, NSW. You’ll support the delivery of surfacing and infrastructure projects, using 3D technology to improve planning and outcomes.

The role is primarily site-based with some off-site time, and you will lead, mentor and develop engineers within a collaborative team. You should have project or senior project engineering experience in civil infrastructure, a Bachelor of Engineering, and strong

Project or senior project engineering experience in civil infrastructure.
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Clear communication with project teams, crews and stakeholders.
Collaborative leadership style focused on teamwork and development.

Responsibilities

Coordinate civil infrastructure projects to meet safety, quality, program and commercial requirements.
Supervise engineers and support their day-to-day project responsibilities.
Mentor and coach engineers to build their technical and delivery capability.
Use 3D technology to support project planning and delivery.
Communicate project priorities, risks and progress across the team.
Work collaboratively and contribute wherever needed to achieve project outcomes.
