Job summary

Regal Innovations, an established civil construction leader in Sydney, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget. You will coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams, oversee planning, and report to senior operations leaders at Regal's Sydney offices.

You will bring a proven track record delivering large-scale civil works, with a current Driver’s Licence and White Card, and thrive in a collaborative site-based environment across

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Civil Construction or a related discipline.
• A current Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
• Proven track record of delivering complex civil infrastructure projects with strong commercial outcomes.
• Experience overseeing civil infrastructure projects involving underground services, utilities and construction work.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of complex civil infrastructure works, including underground services, utilities, landscaping and above-ground construction.
• Managing project planning and delivery, ensuring safety, quality, program, cost and risk outcomes.
• Working collaboratively with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Operating from the project site office with engagement across Western Sydney and broader Sydney operations.
• Contributing to strategic initiatives that support project opportunities.
