Job summary

Hawkesbury City Council seeks a Senior Subdivision and Development Engineer to provide civil engineering advice for land and subdivision developments. You will contribute to investigation, design and customer service support across Council’s engineering activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, extensive development planning experience, and demonstrated knowledge of relevant Acts and regulations, plus the ability to present evidence before the Land and Environment

Qualifications

• Experience providing Civil Engineering advice on land and subdivision developments.
• Knowledge of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related regulations.
• Experience presenting evidence before the Land and Environment Court.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Australian work rights and Class C drivers licence.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering advice relating to land and subdivision developments.
