Colliers is seeking a Civil Engineer for its Sunshine Coast office, supporting a team of 260+ experts nationwide. You will lead a project delivery team to meet client commitments, navigate from due diligence to development applications, and drive client advocacy and project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
• High level industry awareness and engagement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• REPQ certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration
• Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
• Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
• Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
• Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
• Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff
• Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc
