Colliers on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead project delivery within our robust team. You will report to the Director and guide a group of over 260 experts, managing projects from due diligence through development applications, coordinating designs and contract administration.

You will negotiate with clients and authorities, cultivate client relationships, mentor staff, and oversee workloads, budgets, and risk to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
• High level industry awareness and engagement.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• REPQ certification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordination of designs and contract administration.
• Negotiation with stakeholders (clients, Authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships.
• Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables.
• Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth.
• Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement.
• Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff.
• Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc
