Consolidated Power Projects Australia is expanding its national design engineering team and seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to design high‑voltage substations and renewable energy infrastructure. You will guide civil elements such as stormwater, earthworks, pavements, and access roads, while mentoring engineers and graduates.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ or CPEng highly regarded)
• 7+ years of experience in civil design
• Strong understanding of Australian design standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in HV substations or utility grid connections is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative, practical and safe civil designs for HV substations and renewable energy projects
• Provide technical guidance across civil elements: stormwater, earthworks, pavements, access roads
• Mentor design engineers and graduates within the team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are constructible and compliant
