Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• Around 8+ years’ experience in civil design and project management (10+ years preferred) within an engineering consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian standards and approvals.
• Strong engineering design skills including 12d Model, Watercom Drains, AutoCAD.
• Confidence managing projects, budgets and client relationships; leadership-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on senior position combining civil design, project management and team leadership.
• Manage projects from feasibility through to delivery, staying close to technical outcomes while overseeing program, budget and client expectations.
• Mentor engineers and drafts people and help build a capable team.
• Contribute to business development through client relationships and proposals.
• Oversee technical work and manage projects and clients.
