Job summary

Dalton Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our growing team in Victoria. You will lead civil design projects for land development, mentor junior staff, and actively participate in knowledge sharing with the design team.

With 5+ years of experience, you will apply proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HEC-RAS and MS Office to deliver roads, drainage, sewer and water reticulation designs while maintaining high quality and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in Land Development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12D, HEC-RAS and MS Office.
• Experience designing roads, drainage, sewer and water reticulation.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Reporting to the Design Team Leader, you will collaborate with team members to develop and produce functional, detailed civil designs. As a leader, you will guide and mentor colleagues and junior staff, promoting best practices and fostering continuous development through knowledge sharing and active participation in technical discussions.

• Completion of MRWA DAS training or eligibility to complete it
• Professional Engineers Registration in Victoria (support available to obtain this)
