The role supports VIDA Roads/BBR Delivery, leading complex road infrastructure design from concept to construction with a focus on value-for-money and compliance with Austroads and DTP standards.

You will lead multi-disciplinary design teams, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to design civil road infrastructure across drainage, pavements and utilities.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams and managing project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Austroads, DTP standards and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver complex road infrastructure designs from concept to construction.
• Coordinate design disciplines to ensure high-quality outputs within scope, time and budget.
• Develop and deliver stormwater and drainage designs using 12D and related tools.
• Provide senior technical leadership to engineers, drafters, and delivery partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design issues and meet government priorities.
