Job summary

Qualifications

• Capacity monitoring and demand control; contribute to capacity planning.
• Maintaining and updating infrastructure guidance and procedures.
• Investigation of operational issues and remediation planning.
• Design, coding, testing and documentation of moderately complex scripts.
• Design large/complex systems with trade-off analysis.
• Lead installation or decommissioning projects with quality plans.

Responsibilities

• Administering Citrix remote access and virtual app delivery environments.
• Investigating issues and providing solution options to stakeholders.
• Supporting configuration, maintenance and enhancement of Citrix platforms.
• Monitoring platform performance and service health; addressing issues.
• Implementing platform updates, security improvements and remediation activities.
• Managing change, release and deployment across environments.
• Developing technical documentation and procedures; knowledge transfer.
