Job summary

Clicks IT Recruitment seeks an experienced Citrix Consultant/Engineer to join a major cyber security uplift program in a large enterprise. The role is highly hands-on, owning implementation and configuration across remote and Citrix environments, including NetScaler as the SAML SP and Microsoft Entra ID as the IdP.

You will drive the Citrix authentication strategy, including MFA and passwordless implementations, and support migration from RSA solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Citrix FAS server installation and configuration.
• Extensive experience with Citrix NetScaler/ADC in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Citrix DaaS/CVAD, StoreFront and Cloud Connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix authentication and certificate-based authentication.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of authentication across remote and Citrix environments.
• Integrate NetScaler as the SAML Service Provider and Entra ID as Identity Provider.
• Troubleshoot complex Citrix integrations and act as the Citrix SME within the delivery team.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Citrix Consultant / Engineer to join a significant cyber security uplift program within a large enterprise environment. This is a highly hands-on role suited to a Citrix SME who can take ownership of implementation and configuration. The project will uplift authentication across remote and Citrix environments, introducing Microsoft Entra ID, phishing-resistant MFA and passwordless authentication, while supporting migration from the existing RSA solution. The environment includes Citrix DaaS, NetScaler/ADC and Federated Authentication Service (FAS), with a focus on integrating NetScaler as the SAML Service Provider and Microsoft Entra ID as the Identity Provider.

What you’ll bring

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix FAS server installation and configuration
• Deep expertise in Citrix NetScaler / ADC
• Extensive experience with enterprise Citrix environments, including:
  • Citrix DaaS / CVAD
  • StoreFront
  • Controllers
  • Citrix Cloud / Cloud Connectors
• Strong understanding of Citrix authentication and certificate-based authentication
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting complex Citrix integrations
• Ability to operate as the Citrix SME within a multidisciplinary delivery team

Highly regarded:

• Microsoft Entra ID integration experience
• MFA and passwordless authentication experience
• PKI / Certificate Authority knowledge
• Certificate template configuration using Group Policy
• Experience with Microsoft Authenticator Passkeys [RBA | OneNote]

The project

You’ll join an established cyber program uplifting security controls across desktop, identity, server and network environments. Much of the design groundwork has already been completed, so the emphasis is firmly on execution, engineering and implementation.
