Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead architectures for the Identity Experience project, aligning with enterprise patterns and security controls. You will own high‑level designs and drive certification for key deliverables.

Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to shape the IAM strategy, design complex identity architectures, and ensure a secure, phased rollout. A hybrid Sydney arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• Experience designing CIAM solutions including Auth0 and Entra ID.
• Ability to design phishing‑resistant MFA architectures (FIDO2).
• Strong understanding of IAM capabilities: SSO, PAM, and JIT access.
• Experience with large, multi‑provider identity architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions architectures, patterns, and high‑level designs.
• Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to translate business needs into designs.
• Drive architectural certification for key project deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and stakeholders.
