Pinnacle People Permanent is seeking a Senior Chef to lead kitchens across Sydney’s premier venues. You’ll drive quality, consistency and guest experience, while shaping menus and mentoring junior staff.

In fast-paced, high-volume environments you’ll oversee food safety, stock control and cost management, delivering exceptional edible experiences and supporting operational goals across multiple venues.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Sous Chef, or experienced Chef de Partie.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Passion for quality food and continuous improvement.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support kitchen teams during service.
• Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost management.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace health standards.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Work collaboratively with management to achieve operational goals.
