Qualifications

• Senior Change Specialist, Change Manager or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end organisational change across projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Experience supporting business and technology transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities across business and technology projects.
• Develop and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication plans and adoption approaches.
• Partner with project teams and leaders to embed sustainable change outcomes.
• Identify and manage change risks, barriers and adoption challenges.
• Support initiatives from smaller projects to enterprise-wide transformation programs.
