Job summary

The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is seeking a Senior Program Officer – Change Management to lead change management strategies for Victoria's implementation of the VET Data Streamlining (VDS) Program.

The role drives readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption to support the successful implementation of new national VET data standards, reporting requirements, systems, processes and data management practices across the Victorian training sector.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder Engagement: Identifies issues in common for one or more clients or stakeholders and uses them to build mutually beneficial partnerships
• Outcomes Thinking: Establishes mechanisms to monitor impact of work on the community; Ensures team/organisation's operating and delivery model is designed in ways that creates a positive impact on community
• PROSCI or other change management qualification and experience highly regarded

• Contributes to strategic corporate initiatives and is responsible for implementation

• Is a specialist in an area of their profession and relied on for advice in this field
• Accountable for work organisation, the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area
