Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the change management function for a major LRMS transformation. The role oversees stakeholder engagement across police, regulatory teams, dealers and external providers, balancing diverse needs while delivering proven adoption outcomes.

You will partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to align change with releases, monitor readiness, and drive behavioural change to ensure the program delivers tangible

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading organisational change within large-scale, complex programs.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior/stakeholder groups and align outcomes.
• Expertise developing change strategies, stakeholder analyses, and adoption planning.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching abilities across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end change management strategy for the LRMS Program.
• Establish governance, tools, and reporting for agile delivery.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Deliver engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate interdependent change with NFR Program and partners.
• Integrate change with release and implementation planning.
• Monitor readiness, adoption and change measures for continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage people-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coach leaders/managers to sustain transformation outcomes.
