In this role, you'll:
Join Sydney Trains as a Senior Change Manager. You will led and deliver a change management workstream for the Command & Control Uplift Program and play a key role in shaping and delivering a large-scale business transformation program across process, culture and organisational change for the Rail Operations Centre. You'll partner with senior stakeholders and project leaders to drive change readiness, develop impactful communication and engagement strategies, and ensure people are equipped to successfully adopt new ways of working. This includes supporting the simplification and modernisation of documentation, developing capability building initiatives, and enabling the rollout of a coordinated emergency exercise program. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced change professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys influencing across all levels of an organisation, and is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for customers and the business.
The role is a fixed term contract until 30.06.27, based at the ROC in Alexandria, with current team office day on Thursday, alongside a 50% monthly office attendance requirement and attendance. The position is embedded within the team's established ways of working and supports collaborative delivery. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available to promote balance and productivity.
