Job summary

Private Advertiser in Australia is seeking an experienced Centre Manager (or ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up) to lead a dedicated early learning team and shape a positive centre culture.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure high‑quality programs, maintain NQF compliance, and build strong relationships with families and the local community while driving performance and leadership development. Salary is $90,000–$110,000 plus super and the Government Worker Retention Payment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification is required.
• Experience leading a team within an early childhood education setting.
• Centre Manager or extensive Assistant Manager experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills are essential.
• A genuine passion for mentoring educators and achieving positive outcomes for children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of educators and leaders.
• Create a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure high quality educational programs and practices.
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework.

• Monitor occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes.

• Undertake the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor.
