Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking a Senior Case Worker for our Mental Health Programs at Catherine House in Adelaide. You will collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality case management, oversee client referrals, and supervise a team of part-time workers.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in community or health services.
• Extensive knowledge of homelessness and community housing sector.
• Experience in a senior role with staff supervision.
• Experience with mental health, AOD and domestic violence support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality case work service to a mix of clients in the Mental Health Programs (MHP).
• Oversee and direct case management for all clients and referrals.
• Direct line management of a team of part-time Community Service Workers.
• Supervise staff in the absence of the Team Leader Mental Health Programs (TLMHP).
• Oversee program data management to meet KPIs and targets.
• Model professional conduct and provide positive leadership.
• Support clients navigating the NDIS and access to the NDIS portal.
• Ensure a safe, non-discriminatory environment aligned with policies and WHS.
