Job summary

North West Queensland is seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Case Manager for the Doomadgee Reporting Centre. You will supervise clients under Community Based Orders or Parole, focusing on safety and rehabilitation within the community.

You will work with a dedicated team to address offending behaviour, engage with diverse stakeholders, and ensure quality service delivery. Travel across locations will be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills for liaising with management, staff and internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to work self-sufficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to operate within a legislative framework underpinning service delivery.
• Experience building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level case management to supervise clients in the community.
• Contribute to community safety by addressing risks and needs of clients.
• Act as an agent of change to address offending behaviour and encourage rehabilitation.
