Job summary

Community Correctional Services (CCS) in Reservoir, Victoria, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to manage a caseload of predominantly complex and high-risk individuals within the court case management stream. The role emphasizes conducting risk assessments, developing case plans, and interventions to balance community safety and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of best practice case management frameworks including managing clients with complex presentations and risk/needs assessments in a human services context.
• Ability to implement theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes.
• Demonstrated understanding and capability in leading, managing and developing staff responsible for operational service delivery.
• Pays attention to words, expression and body language; recognises behaviours that promote a culture of inclusion.
