Job description

Ongoing, full-time position based in Reservoir, with potential for additional vacancies within the region. Work in a team dedicated to helping people make positive changes to their lives. Earn $100,894 - $114,476 per year plus superannuation.

Community Correctional Services (CCS) contributes to the safety of the community by applying practices that reduce reoffending and connecting individuals to programs, services and community. CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex and violent offences on post sentence supervision, and prisoners on parole.

About the role: Advanced Practitioners within the court case management stream of CCS will manage a case load of predominately complex and high-risk individuals who have committed offences. This involves conducting risk assessments, preparing case plans, providing interventions, proactively challenging offending behaviours, addressing the underlying factors in offending whilst directing, and monitoring compliance with court order obligations. This role must also support individuals to successfully complete their court orders, while balancing risks to community safety.
