ACDMA Aged Care Services in NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with clinical leadership skills to join as Care Manager. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential aged care, supporting the care team and coordinating clinical services to ensure residents’ needs and rights are central to care.

This role combines hands-on clinical leadership with care coordination, quality improvement and team development in a supportive management team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• At least three years’ experience in residential aged care.
• Senior clinical leadership experience in residential aged care or a high-care health setting.
• Experience in clinical governance, care quality and leading multidisciplinary care teams.
• Sound understanding of aged care standards and residents’ rights.
• Experience with accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support RNs, care workers and allied health professionals in delivering safe, person-centred care.
• Oversee clinical assessments and development of care plans.
• Oversee medication management, wound care, infection control and clinical documentation.
• Support clinical governance and compliance with aged care standards.
• Monitor clinical risks and coordinate reporting and improvement actions.
• Participate in audits, regulatory reviews and continuous improvement activities.
• Educate and mentor care staff.
• Support staffing coverage and day‑to‑day operations.
• Build respectful relationships with residents, families and external health professionals.
