Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration is essential.
• Postgraduate qualifications in aged care are highly regarded.
• Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds in aged care or acute settings.
• Proven track record delivering high quality clinical care.
• Excellent clinical assessment and care planning capabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship management skills.
• Understanding Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily clinical operations of the care home.
• Lead and coach the clinical team, including staff allocation and performance management.
• Review incidents and complaints and drive improvements.
• Lead compliance with AN ACC assessments and governance audits.
• Manage person-centred care planning and family case conferences.
• Coordinate medication management per resident needs and regulations.
• Liaise with allied health and medical teams for resident care.
