Job summary

Creative Support seeks a motivated individual to help manage a care home in Northamptonshire. You will work with the Registered Manager and Team Leader to provide high-quality support for six residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will supervise staff, write assessments and guidelines, engage with families and professionals, and participate in person-centred reviews. A relevant social care qualification is essential, with full-time hours and flexibility including evenings

Qualifications

• Must have relevant social care qualification.
• Experience in social care with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Ability to supervise staff and work in a team.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the service with the Registered Manager and Team Leader.
• Supervise and mentor staff; contribute to staff deployment and rotas.
• Provide person-centred support to six individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Engage with families, advocates and other agencies; attend reviews.
