Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Capability Operator FIC Analyst to work within the Army Headquarters to deliver FIC outcomes for LAND 6504 MRGBAD. You will lead engagement with Army stakeholders, coordinate activities, manage dependencies and help define FIC requirements to support the acquisition business case.

The role includes governance planning, development of FIC artefacts and submissions, and ensuring alignment with Defence capability requirements and government expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum NV1 clearance with ability to obtain NV2 (NV2 preferred).
• Must be able to work from Brindabella Business Park 5 days per week, CBR location preferred.
• Relevant experience undertaking role responsibilities.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience, preferably within Defence.
• Experience in complex acquisition projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with Army stakeholders and Defence Groups to deliver FIC outcomes for LAND 6504 MRGBAD.
• Define FIC requirements, develop integration artefacts and ensure governance alignment.
• Prepare governance papers, agendas and records of decision for the LAND6504 Capability Working Group.
• Support development of capability submission documentation and risk/issue management.
• Contribute to the LAND 6504 cost model and acquisition costing methodology.
