Job summary
Luxoft is seeking a Senior Project Business Analyst to join a major collateral migration program in Australia. The role focuses on Calypso collateral configuration, UI/workflow requirements, and end-to-end scenario testing within a post-trade transformation project.
You will elicit requirements, translate them into epics and user stories, drive UAT/E2E testing, and coordinate sign-off with Operations, Risk and Treasury across a CCP context.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Capital Markets with 5+ years Calypso experience
- Strong Calypso Collateral module expertise
- Experience defining UI/workflow requirements and BPM
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Agile delivery with JIRA and Confluence
Responsibilities
- Configure Calypso collateral functions and workflows
- Define target-state collateral workflows and UI requirements
- Elicit and document UI and workflow requirements
- Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories
- Plan and coordinate UAT/E2E testing cycles
- Lead defect triage and resolutions with vendor/teams
- Drive business acceptance and go-live readiness
- Partner with Migration squad to support E2E workflows
- Engage Operations, Risk, Treasury and senior users
- Perform process mapping and gap analysis
