Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Collateral E2E Business Analyst to support a major post-trade transformation in Australia. You will configure Calypso collateral functions, define operational workflows, and elicit UI requirements to drive end-to-end testing and go-live readiness within a CCP context.

You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, lead UAT cycles, and collaborate with Operations, Risk, and Treasury to ensure smooth migration and sign-off across the collateral lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Capital Markets with 5+ years Calypso experience.
• Strong knowledge of collateral management concepts and workflows.
• Hands-on Calypso configuration across contracts, workflows and data.
• Experience writing UI/workflow specifications and process mapping.
• Proven UAT and end-to-end testing with clear evidence.
• Defect triage and coordination with vendors and tech teams.
• Stakeholder engagement across Operations and risk teams.
• Agile delivery experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Calypso collateral functions within CCP context.
• Define target-state workflows for margin and collateral processes.
• Elicit UI and workflow requirements including screens and validations.
• Map current and future processes with business users and identify gaps.
• Translate requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Design and execute end-to-end scenarios across systems and reporting.
• Plan UAT/E2E testing cycles with data, scenarios and evidence.
• Lead defect triage and coordinate resolution with vendor and teams.
• Drive business acceptance and sign-off; assist with BAU readiness.
• Collaborate with Migration squad to align data with workflows.
