Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Collateral E2E Business Analyst with deep Calypso collateral experience to join a major post-trade transformation program in Australia. The role focuses on configuring Calypso collateral functions, defining operational workflows, and eliciting UI requirements to enable go-live within the clearing ecosystem.

You will drive end-to-end testing, defect management, and business acceptance, coordinating with Operations, Risk, and Treasury while engaging with global teams across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Capital Markets with 5+ years Calypso experience.
• Strong knowledge of Calypso collateral module and lifecycle.
• Experience writing UI/workflow specs and mapping business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customise Calypso collateral functions within a CCP context.
• Define target-state workflows for collateral and margin processes.
• Elicit UI and workflow requirements including screen layouts and validations.
• Translate requirements into epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Design end-to-end scenarios across trade feeds, processing, settlement, and reporting.
• Plan and coordinate UAT/E2E testing, data, and evidence.
• Lead defect triage and coordinate resolution with vendor and teams.
• Drive business acceptance and sign-off; support readiness and training.
