Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement and delivery management.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholders, build relationships and translate business needs into outcomes.
• Mentoring junior Business Analysts and contributing to practice maturity.
• Tolling experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, process analysis, and functional design for NSW Motorways.
• Analyse current-state operations, processes and systems to define future-state solutions.
• Lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, define requirements and align with stakeholders.
• Define and manage BA work plans, maintain traceability, and align with project objectives.
• Partner with vendors and external consultants to review functional designs and manage design risks.
