Exclaim IT is seeking a Senior Business Officer to lead discovery and shape a practical future-state roadmap for systems and service capability within a large Queensland Government program.

You will guide current-state assessments, capture requirements, run high-level stakeholder engagements, and prepare executive-ready options papers for governance, all within a structured, governance-focused delivery context.

• End-to-end business analysis capability.

Responsabilités

• Lead a current-state assessment (processes, reporting, risks, opportunities) and recommend improvements.
• Capture and document business & solution requirements, including process maps and operating models.
• Run stakeholder workshops and consultations across government/non-government groups.
• Complete market scan + gap/fit analysis to assess best-of-breed options.
• Prepare executive-ready outputs (options papers, decision papers, presentations) for governance.
