Hiring for Senior Business Analyst / Associate Business Consultant

Location- Sydney

Position- Permanent

Location: Broadbeach, QLD, Australia

Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years

Domain- Travel Domain -- Microsoft dynamics business central (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team.
• Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
• Provide leadership within project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
• Extensive proven experience in key business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, and organizational strategy.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Well developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
• Attention to detail and effective organization and time management skills.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Experience within travel or other internet scale environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
• Knowledge in business process re engineering and improvement.
• Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
• Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non technical.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded.
• UI/UX experience is highly regarded.
