Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information technology or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis, including 3+ years in a senior role on complex technology initiatives.
• Strong capability across discovery, business case development, requirements analysis, process analysis and solution assessment.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluation and solution selection.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, SaaS solutions and major system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across large or complex projects and programs.
• Work with business stakeholders to define problems, opportunities, drivers and desired outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for business analysis across the full initiative lifecycle.
• Assess process, technology and operating model options.
• Translate complex information into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
• Partner with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to support strong delivery outcomes.
• Assess vendor proposals and deliverables against agreed requirements, scope and business needs.
• Identify and address risks related to requirements, scope and solution design.
• Facilitate resolution of gaps between business expectations and proposed solution capabilities.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing planning, execution, defect clarification and business validation.
• Support implementation readiness and transition into business operations.
• Improve business analysis practices, tools and ways of working.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and governance discussions.
• Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts when required.
