Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a mining client on a large-scale transformation based in Perth CBD. You will work onsite, gathering requirements, analysing current and future state processes, translating business needs into solution options, and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.

Experience in the mining industry is mandatory, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Tertiary education or certifications in this field are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong, proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role working in enterprise level environments.
• Recent mining industry experience is absolutely mandatory.
• Previous experience with large scale transformation AND/ OR similar projects would be favourable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant industry tertiary educations / certifications

The Business Analyst will work onsite for leading mining client on a large scale transformation programme of work.
