Job summary

TechnologyOne is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the CPM R&D team, engaging across Analytics, ETL and XLOne products. You will work with customers, Product and Design to shape requirements and deliver across the product lifecycle, exploring data, automation, AI and emerging technologies to improve products and experiences.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience with CPM Analytics, ETL or XLOne is highly regarded.
Ability to translate complex problems into clear requirements.
Experience across full product lifecycle from discovery to release.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Understand complex business problems and gather insights.
Collaborate with customers, Consulting, Sales, Support, and Product to shape direction.
Translate needs into clear, deliverable requirements.
Work with Product Design and Development to refine solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and use of data.
Support product releases with documentation and enablement.
Participate in customer forums and workshops to gather feedback.
