You will work with senior executives to define future capabilities, support data modernisation and ERP programs, and guide successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in a business analysis role focused on process improvement and enterprise transformation.
- Experience contributing to data modernisation and large-scale programs.
- Proven ability to elicit, validate and manage requirements for complex IT and digital solutions.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and synthesize information into options and decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives to understand priorities, drivers and outcomes.
- Provide objective analysis, options, risks and recommendations to inform decisions.
- Map current-state ERP ecosystem and shape future-state ERP vision.
- Lead elicitation, analysis, validation of requirements across IT and service initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders and delivery partners.
