We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can bring structure and clarity to complex challenges, translate insight into action and help shape future‑state outcomes across Fraud & Scams and Financial Crime.
You’ll:
As the program evolves, you'll work across a range of workstreams spanning Fraud & Scams and Financial Crime, helping shape future‑state solutions and supporting delivery from discovery and design through to implementation and operational embedment.
Reporting to the Program Director, you'll be supported by a leader who is passionate about developing people, building high‑performing teams and creating opportunities for growth. With the program still taking shape, this role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your experience, work with senior stakeholders from across the enterprise and help shape the future of Fraud & Scams and Financial Crime at Westpac.
First and foremost, you'll be an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong analysis and design capability. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking the right questions and turning complex information into clear insights stakeholders can understand and act on.
