Job summary

Decobu is seeking Associate or Senior Engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection to deliver high-quality building services designs in Perth. This role offers flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to lead projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with clients and offshore delivery teams.

You will bring a tertiary engineering qualification, professional registration (CPEng/NER) is welcomed, and 5–10 years (Senior) or 10+ years (Associate) of

Qualifications

• Post-graduate experience in building services consultancy.
• Senior level typically 5–10 years; Associate level 10+ years, including leading projects and mentoring others.
• Deep technical knowledge of your discipline’s systems, design calculations, equipment selection and documentation.
• Thorough understanding of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality design across projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor engineers and drafters and share technical knowledge.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary building services across disciplines.
• Contribute to client proposals and ensure designs meet scope, budget, and schedule.
