Job summary

Decobu Pty Ltd is expanding its Perth team with Associate or Senior Engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection disciplines. You will deliver high-quality design across multiple projects, mentor engineers, and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery to meet scope, programme and budget.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in engineering relevant to your discipline.
• Post-graduate experience within a building services consultancy, typically 5 to 10 years for Senior level and 10+ years for Associate level.
• Deep technical knowledge of discipline systems, design calculations, equipment selection and documentation.
• Understanding of the NCC/BCA and relevant Australian Standards and authority requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver high-quality design across multiple disciplines.
• Mentor engineers and drafters, supporting growth and knowledge transfer.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, on time and within budget.
• Prepare and review designs, calculations and documentation for compliance and approvals.
• Coordinate design and construction phase activities within a multidisciplinary team.
